Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries regarding employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution
- Manage investigations of complex employee relations issues and strategize with management on resolutions
- Conduct onsite investigations and prepare recommendations for case resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on high-risk employee-related cases
- Advanced experience in employment law, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Experience in managing involuntary terminations and interactions with state agencies
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective communication with various stakeholders
- Ability to analyze exit interview feedback and recommend follow-up actions
