A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries regarding employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution
  • Manage investigations of complex employee relations issues and strategize with management on resolutions
  • Conduct onsite investigations and prepare recommendations for case resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on high-risk employee-related cases
  • Advanced experience in employment law, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Experience in managing involuntary terminations and interactions with state agencies
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective communication with various stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze exit interview feedback and recommend follow-up actions
