Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely and quality candidate selection
  • Track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system to meet hiring metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate recruiting
  • Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
