Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for various countries
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related matters and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role with multi-state US payroll processing
- Experience managing payroll for international locations, especially Canada, UK, Singapore, Brazil, and Japan
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
- Experience with variable compensation structures, such as commissions and bonuses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software/HRIS systems
