Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to lead and support complex HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic HR programs and projects from initiation through delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems or processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in HR project or program management in a global or matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience managing Workday or similar HCM system projects
- Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent, performance, compensation, organizational development)
