Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for driver and customer service roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle a high volume of job requisitions, managing over 20 open positions simultaneously
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to target blue-collar talent pools

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in blue-collar roles in the transportation industry
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms like Indeed
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for driver and customer service positions
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines
