Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Senior Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers and employees
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits inquiries
- Generate and analyze reports and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist and/or employee relations capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not required
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG
- Solid understanding of HR compliance and multi-state employment practices
