A company is looking for an Executive Assistant & Recruiting Coordinator to support the VP of Engineering and the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for the VP of Engineering, ensuring meetings and priorities are organized
- Schedule interviews for engineering candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience
- Plan and execute team events and support the Chief of Staff in organizing team communications and documents
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, recruiting coordinator, or in an operations role, preferably in tech or startups
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on calendar management and scheduling
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
- Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with engineering or technical teams is a plus
