Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and ensure the integrity of its HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HRIS functions including report generation, system maintenance, and compliance activities
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of HCM systems and tools, resolving issues promptly
- Lead system requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation for new modules and functionality
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience managing HRIS systems in an HRIS role
- 2 years' experience with UKG and Cognos BI report building
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT web-based tools
- Ability to work in a geographically distributed team-based environment
- Experience in evaluating situations and making independent decisions
