Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work efforts for the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Evaluate and implement requests from business owners and subject matter experts in the Workday solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and integration of HCM solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on design, configuration, and testing
- Proficiency in Workday HCM with 7 years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers
