Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to join their centralized employee relations and compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders on employee behavior and performance issues, providing guidance on corrective actions
- Conduct investigations involving fact-gathering and analysis to make recommendations and influence management actions
- Collaborate with HR leaders on employee relations matters and maintain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in employee relations and EEO investigations
- Ability to learn and use technology such as MS Office and Workday
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred
