Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Representative II to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve escalated HR inquiries, including complex payroll and tax-related matters
- Investigate and resolve unique employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to streamline processes and enhance team alignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related fields
- Proficiency in HR administration, including payroll, policy interpretation, and employee relations
- Experience with database management and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and HR systems
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime
