Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Specialist to assist with the migration of the client's legacy timekeeping system to the upgraded UKG Pro platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary HR contact, providing timely support to employees regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and HR inquiries
- Support the migration process by troubleshooting employee concerns and assisting with system navigation
- Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to resolve employee relations issues and maintain the HR knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an HR support or shared services environment preferred
- Familiarity with Workday HR systems strongly preferred
- Exposure to timekeeping/payroll platforms such as UKG or UKG Pro is a plus
- Ability to work with moderate supervision and be accountable for contributions
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
