Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Support Specialist to assist with the migration of the client's legacy timekeeping system to the upgraded UKG Pro platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary HR contact, providing timely support to employees regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and HR inquiries
  • Support the migration process by troubleshooting employee concerns and assisting with system navigation
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to resolve employee relations issues and maintain the HR knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR support or shared services environment preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday HR systems strongly preferred
  • Exposure to timekeeping/payroll platforms such as UKG or UKG Pro is a plus
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and be accountable for contributions
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
