Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Project/Program and Change Management
• Demonstrated experience in formulating change management strategies
• Experience with large-scale program organizational change efforts
• Strong presentation skills
