Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Project/Program and Change Management
- Demonstrated experience in formulating change management strategies
- Experience with large-scale program organizational change efforts
- Strong presentation skills
