Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and technical expectations
- Conduct market research to identify target companies and emerging startup talent
- Create tailored outreach messages and engage with talent across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of end-to-end technical sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for software engineering or infrastructure roles
- 1+ years of experience sourcing for Product Management or AI/ML-related roles
- Familiarity with sourcing startup and growth-stage engineering talent
