Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and transform HR processes and projects
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations
- Support employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with HRIS and employee management software
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key HR areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
