Key Responsibilities

- Track candidate progress and provide timely updates to Pillar Leads and Hiring Managers
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting of recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
- Experience using Oracle or similar HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS)
- Ability to coordinate tasks and interviews
