Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual HR Specialist (Entry Level) to support HR operations remotely while working PST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with HRIS issues, benefits inquiries, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Address general HR inquiries and provide support for employee relations and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in drafting and enforcing HR policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations or HRIS support
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or other HR-related software
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
