Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent management systems, including Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, and Learning Management applications
- Manage system administration, user access, process improvements, and provide technical support
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience administering human resources systems, preferably talent management platforms
- Ability to manage data accurately and develop process solutions in a high-volume environment
- Experience ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards
- Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and advanced problem-solving
