Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Workday Human Capital Management functions to support strategic initiatives
- Manage and develop the Workday HRIS team, ensuring service operations meet established agreements
- Analyze and improve existing business processes and workflows related to Workday functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in managing Workday HCM/HRIS functions
- Extensive experience with Workday system design, configurations, and advanced reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop team members
- Strong analytical skills with experience in gap analysis and innovative problem-solving
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics across various modules
