  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role
  • Experience working with an ATS like Greenhouse or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with secure data handling and confidentiality requirements
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
