Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role
- Experience working with an ATS like Greenhouse or similar tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with secure data handling and confidentiality requirements
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
