Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including meeting facilitation and agenda preparation
- Manage the recruiting process within Bamboo HR, including job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and update candidate statuses while liaising with hiring teams
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in HR recruiting
- Experience with Bamboo HR or similar HR recruiting software is highly desired
- A bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting software, preferably Microsoft Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in all HR practices
