Chief of Staff

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP/ Chief of Staff to support the Chief People Officer and lead a Workplace Relations Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, goal setting, and quarterly OKR tracking for the People Team
• Build and implement the Workplace Relations Center of Excellence, including policies and investigation protocols
• Provide operational leadership and facilitate alignment across HR functions and business leaders

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, or HR leadership roles
• 10 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Legal/Compliance, or Business Operations roles
• 10 years of experience with HR policies, employee relations, and workplace investigations
• Experience in designing and operationalizing new functions or Centers of Excellence
• Advanced project management skills and familiarity with HR technology tools
