Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People Partners on organizational design, workforce planning, and M&A transitions
- Lead change management efforts for Agile initiatives, focusing on communication and employee experience
- Act as a strategic HR generalist for projects like onboarding redesign and talent planning activations
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in organizational design, restructuring, or M&A integration efforts
- Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and project teams
- Familiarity with HR systems and Agile project-based models
