Key Responsibilities

• Lead benefits strategy and execution for a global workforce, ensuring programs are competitive and compliant
• Partner with executive leadership to design and implement scalable benefits programs across various offerings
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with benefits regulations and requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards for high-growth organizations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with international compensation and benefits
• Extensive experience with financial and rewards modeling
• Proven ability to analyze people-centric data
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment preferred
