Key Responsibilities
- Lead benefits strategy and execution for a global workforce, ensuring programs are competitive and compliant
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement scalable benefits programs across various offerings
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with benefits regulations and requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards for high-growth organizations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with international compensation and benefits
- Extensive experience with financial and rewards modeling
- Proven ability to analyze people-centric data
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment preferred
