Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process
- Process LOA paperwork and administer the FMLA policy while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintain records of LOA requests and generate reports as required
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in FMLA claim administration or a related field
- Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
- Solid understanding of FMLA and employment laws
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
