Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support a client in the healthcare industry on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to handle complex casework with objectivity and consistency
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is preferred
