Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into workplace concerns, including policy violations and misconduct
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while maintaining documentation and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR, focusing on investigations
- Proven ability to handle complex casework with objectivity and consistency
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is preferred
