Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist who will focus on operational aspects of HR technology and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test SuccessFactors Compensation and Talent modules to support annual HR processes
- Collaborate with HR teams to define requirements for technology enhancements and manage implementation projects
- Provide guidance and solutions to optimize talent processes and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience with HR technology platforms and analytics
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and reporting tools
- Experience with Qualtrics 360 Platforms and advanced Excel skills
- Strong consulting and project management skills
