Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their Human Resource Information System.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system security
- Audit and analyze HRIS data to identify and resolve issues, performing root cause analysis
- Develop and document techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HRIS processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS and Payroll support
- Experience with ADP EV6 and Enterprise E*time preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
