Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their Human Resource Information System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system security
  • Audit and analyze HRIS data to identify and resolve issues, performing root cause analysis
  • Develop and document techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HRIS processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS and Payroll support
  • Experience with ADP EV6 and Enterprise E*time preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
