A company is looking for a Network Specialist - Provider Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit providers for ad hoc contracting and participation in the professional provider network
• Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for client access to care
• Document referral information in the database and collaborate with the clinical team for client support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience in Psychology or a related behavioral health field
• Experience with insurance and benefits preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high-speed internet
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily production expectations
