Key Responsibilities
- Lead the advanced people analytics function to drive talent attraction and retention strategies
- Build and leverage workforce analytics for actionable business insights related to hiring, compensation, and performance management
- Collaborate with the IT team to create and execute the Human Resource's AI strategic plan
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in business consulting, preferably in human capital consulting
- 2+ years of experience in HR-related areas such as recruiting and compensation
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics, data governance, and cloud-based data enablement
- Experience leading a team of data analysts and proficiency in analytics tools like Qlik and Power BI
