A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all types of employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave requests, providing timely information on options and status updates
- Maintain accurate records for all leave cases and prepare reports on leave usage and trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in leave of absence management or HR support roles
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
