Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Manager to lead change management strategies for their Corporate HR Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of change management practitioners and guide change management processes
- Establish execution strategies and ensure alignment with industry standards and methodologies
- Research and implement new change management methodologies, concepts, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eleven years of experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
- At least two years of leadership experience in a management role
- OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Prior experience managing direct reports is preferred
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or Kotter) is advantageous
