Change Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Manager to lead change management strategies for their Corporate HR Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of change management practitioners and guide change management processes
• Establish execution strategies and ensure alignment with industry standards and methodologies
• Research and implement new change management methodologies, concepts, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum eleven years of experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
• At least two years of leadership experience in a management role
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Prior experience managing direct reports is preferred
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or Kotter) is advantageous
