- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent
- Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment
- Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM or EU regions
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
