Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to serve as the main point of contact for candidates during recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with onboarding activities
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic talent principles; HR Certification preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Zoom, Teams, and MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
