A company is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to serve as the main point of contact for candidates during recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with onboarding activities
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic talent principles; HR Certification preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Zoom, Teams, and MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
