A company is looking for a P&O Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, coaching, and guidance on various P&O matters to Associates and Leaders
- Work closely with leadership teams to develop and execute people planning and set goals around people results
- Lead the execution of P&O programs and analyze people metrics to recommend continuous improvement action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a P&O or HR business partner role, preferably in a large, multi-site organization
- Ability to leverage knowledge in talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational design
- Proven ability to manage change and impact organizational culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels
