Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources roles
• Strong background in Organizational Design and workforce planning
• Knowledgeable about product development and talent management practices
• Ability to analyze people issues affecting business performance
