Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries regarding employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution
- Lead investigations on complex employee relations matters and manage claims with external agencies
- Develop and update policies related to employee relations and provide training to staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Experience managing high-risk employee-related cases and interactions with legal counsel
- Ability to conduct investigations and negotiate settlements effectively
- Experience training and guiding HR staff on employee relations matters
