Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries regarding employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution
  • Lead investigations on complex employee relations matters and manage claims with external agencies
  • Develop and update policies related to employee relations and provide training to staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Experience managing high-risk employee-related cases and interactions with legal counsel
  • Ability to conduct investigations and negotiate settlements effectively
  • Experience training and guiding HR staff on employee relations matters
