Job Summary
A company is looking for an ATS & Onboarding Specialist to manage the Applicant Tracking System and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the functionality of ATS and onboarding systems, including customization and maintenance
- Provide technical support and guidance to ATS users and manage user permissions and access
- Conduct onboarding activities for new employees, including orientations and collection of personal documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems with a minimum of 2 years of HR administrative experience
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or onboarding
- Prior experience with ATS administration, preferably with systems like SmartRecruiters or PeopleSoft
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and vlookup functions
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing onboarding for multiple employees simultaneously
