Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily interactions and service relationships with assigned vendors for benefit plan administration
  • Respond to complex employee benefit inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
  • Administer leave of absence programs and track communication plans for assigned benefit programs


Required Qualifications
  • Three (3+) years of experience in Benefits Administration
  • Ability to travel domestically (0-10% of the time) as required
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent college-level credits) in a related field preferred
  • Five (5+) years of experience in Benefits Administration for a large organization preferred
  • Human Resources and/or Benefits Certification preferred
