A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions and service relationships with assigned vendors for benefit plan administration
- Respond to complex employee benefit inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
- Administer leave of absence programs and track communication plans for assigned benefit programs
Required Qualifications
- Three (3+) years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Ability to travel domestically (0-10% of the time) as required
- Associate's degree (or equivalent college-level credits) in a related field preferred
- Five (5+) years of experience in Benefits Administration for a large organization preferred
- Human Resources and/or Benefits Certification preferred
