Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a resource for employees to resolve concerns and support an inclusive experience
- Own and improve employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding and community-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on business partnering and employee relations
- Strong foundation in HR administration and generalist responsibilities
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; certifications preferred
- Familiarity with various HR systems and tools is strongly preferred
