Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll transactions
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing payroll functions for multiple entities and countries
  • Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
  • Experience with implementation of new payroll systems is preferred
