A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payroll Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll transactions
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing payroll functions for multiple entities and countries
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
- Experience with implementation of new payroll systems is preferred
