Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave of absence
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing benefit inquiries and guiding them through eligibility and plan details
- Lead compliance efforts for various regulations and support vendor management and benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of experience in benefits administration
- Direct experience with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) is a major plus
- Strong Excel skills and experience using data and spreadsheets
- CEBS/GBA certification is a plus
