Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave of absence
  • Serve as a resource for employees, addressing benefit inquiries and guiding them through eligibility and plan details
  • Lead compliance efforts for various regulations and support vendor management and benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Direct experience with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) is a major plus
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using data and spreadsheets
  • CEBS/GBA certification is a plus
