Key Responsibilities
- Verify credentials and qualifications of providers and process funder applications
- Maintain up-to-date provider files and manage credentialing tasks assigned by management
- Communicate with payors for inquiries and updates related to credentialing submissions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of credentialing experience
- Experience with CAQH database and application process
- Working knowledge of credentialing regulations, policies, and procedures
