Workday ABSENCE Configuration Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday ABSENCE Configuration Expert who will manage and support Workday configuration and data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ABSENCE configuration in Workday, including troubleshooting and issue investigation
• Perform testing for configuration changes and execute content updates
• Gather data from company absence plans and manage projects using the Absence module

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday ABSENCE module
• 5+ years of Workday configuration and security experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with UNION time off and absence policies
• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
