Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage people-related processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS for process efficiency and data integrity
  • Support compliance efforts and local administration across multiple regions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR administration, preferably in a tech scale-up
  • Working knowledge of employment lifecycle processes and documentation
  • Experience with HRIS platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English and respect for confidentiality
