Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS for process efficiency and data integrity
- Support compliance efforts and local administration across multiple regions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR administration, preferably in a tech scale-up
- Working knowledge of employment lifecycle processes and documentation
- Experience with HRIS platforms is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and respect for confidentiality
