Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
- Submit vetted candidates to account managers for both temporary and direct-hire opportunities
- Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to the success of the Recruiting and Staffing Platform
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a mix of staffing agency and corporate exposure
- Demonstrated success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and levels, from staff to executive
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
