Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intake discussions to align roles with business objectives and workforce planning
- Fully own the recruitment process from kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance hiring speed, quality, and equity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and G&A roles in a SaaS B2B startup environment
- Proven success in influencing executives and shaping hiring strategies
- Expertise in sourcing candidates using advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect hiring decisions to company objectives
- Ability to anticipate challenges and design scalable solutions independently
