Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- 10+ years of HR experience, particularly with GTM teams in high-growth environments
- Experience supporting organizations with high talent and performance standards
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, reactive environments
- Deep understanding of performance management and team dynamics within technical functions
