Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding programs for new employees
- Drive manager enablement including leadership development and performance management training
- Build and maintain a dentistry knowledge curriculum for all employees
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Learning & Development experience with success in designing and implementing programs at scale
- Experience in high-growth startups (500+ employees) with the ability to build programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in manager and leadership development
- Data-driven approach with experience measuring learning effectiveness
- Experience with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives
