Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding programs for new employees
• Drive manager enablement including leadership development and performance management training
• Build and maintain a dentistry knowledge curriculum for all employees

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Learning & Development experience with success in designing and implementing programs at scale
• Experience in high-growth startups (500+ employees) with the ability to build programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in manager and leadership development
• Data-driven approach with experience measuring learning effectiveness
• Experience with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives
