Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Manager to assist in administering and facilitating collective bargaining agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with labor relations functions, including grievance responses and collective bargaining processes
- Communicate with leadership and union representatives to address grievances and create positive relations
- Interpret and apply labor and employment laws while preparing cases for legal review and arbitration
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required); Associate's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- 5 years of experience in Business/Healthcare/HR/Labor Relations with proven career progression
- 1 year of experience specifically in labor relations
- Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SP, or Labor Relations Specialist
- Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law is essential
